I have had the privilege of connecting with many humans lately and have felt their struggles. None of our struggles are comparable, or easier or harder; they are just part of the human condition. And while I know this to be true, I also know that each one of us is complete exactly as we are. Goals, dreams, and aspirations can fuel us, but none of that matters if we don’t have a solid foundation to build upon.

Life is a series of moments—some may offer more stability than others, but even that can be an illusion. The only stability we can create is that which lives within our soul. And so, with that, I share these words I stitched together for you…to remind you that your wholeness comes from within, not from without.

You are perfect as you are.

You don’t need to fly to the moon.

You don’t need to make a decision too soon.

You don’t need to hold all the pieces.

You don’t need to iron out all the creases.

You don’t need to look perfect.

You don’t need to prove you’re worth it.

You are perfect as you are.

You don’t need to raise the bar.

You don’t need to do more, be more, show more…

You are whole.

You are complete.

You know who you are—that is impossible to delete.
